Fifteen minutes.
The product, not a deck.

We use this to prepare the call and nothing else. No sequence, no newsletter — you will hear from a person.

What the fifteen minutes contain

  1. 01
Your scenario, in the real product

We set up teams the shape of yours and walk the dashboard as it would look after month one.

  2. 02
    One game, played by you

Two minutes. It is the fastest way to understand what is actually being measured, and it is more convincing than any slide about it.

  3. 03
    The privacy boundary, in detail

Bring your DPO. We would rather answer the hard version now than in legal review.

  4. 04
A price, and the arithmetic behind it

Run against your headcount and your attrition rate. If it does not clear the bar with your numbers, we will say so on the call.

Bring a configured package

If you already know what you want to measure, run it through the configurator first and paste the URL into the box. It halves the call.

Open the configurator

We take a limited number of companies in each onboarding wave — not as a sales device, but because rollout support is done by people and there are not many of them.

01 Before the call

Optional. It makes the fifteen minutes considerably denser.

Three things worth knowing in advance.

Which team, and why that one

A pilot with a specific question attached produces a decision. A pilot without one produces a dashboard nobody opens twice.

Your replacement cost

Roughly what it costs you to lose and replace one specialist. Even a rough figure makes the business case concrete instead of rhetorical.

Your data constraints

Residency requirements, retention rules, whoever has to approve. Cheap to raise now, expensive to discover at signature.
