Package configurator
Buy the games you need.
Not the ones you don't.
A thirteen-game programme is the right answer for some companies and overkill for most. Pick a goal below — or tick games one by one — and this page works out what your package can actually measure.
The arithmetic is the product's own. An HR score needs at least two of its input abilities before it appears at all, and every one of them before it stops being an estimate. When a score says locked, it is not a paywall: the maths simply cannot produce that number from the games you selected.

Adjust game by game
Games run at up to three per week, so the number you tick sets the length of the programme. The daily check-in sits outside that budget — it is one minute.
How to read “locked”
Burnout Risk is built from Energy, Stress Response and Attention. Choose only Week 1 games and Stress Response has no data at all — so the score is computed from the other two, with their weights redistributed, and reported with a tilde to mark it as provisional. Choose no Week 2 game and no Week 4 game, and it falls below two inputs: at that point Level Game shows a dash rather than a number it cannot stand behind.
A package is a configuration, not a contract clause. It can change between cohorts.
Packages are not permanent.
Most companies start narrow — one goal, one cohort, four to six games — and widen once the first month of data has shown them where the actual problem is. Two things are worth knowing before you pick.

Comparability
Adding games mid-cohort changes what an ability is computed from, which makes a before-and-after comparison unsound. Level Game versions every metric definition and marks the break in the trend line rather than silently splicing the two halves together.

Red Flag Filter uses escalation scenarios whose correct answers depend on your escalation culture. They ship with a sensible default set and can be rewritten with your HR team on the Scale tier. Every other game's scoring is company-independent.
